Feijoada is all about beans and meat, a real flavor of Brazil!

Feijoada has a fascinating history. It all started when African slaves in Brazil had to make do with whatever ingredients they had.

They used black beans and added all sorts of leftover pork parts like sausages, ears, and tails.

Over time, this humble dish evolved into a beloved national treasure.

Nowadays, you'll find feijoada on menus all across Brazil, from fancy restaurants to street stalls.

It's typically served with rice, collard greens, and orange slices to cut through the richness.

Somepeople drink Caipirinha while they are having Feijoada. It is not uncommon to listen to a pagode concert during the lunch time. Oh, there is a day to eat Feijoada: Sunday! Probably because you will fell assleep afterwards.
